Pride Month at St. Luke’s

Seen, Heard, Not Alone | The conditions of our world too often ask us to make ourselves small, quiet, and alone. Ignorance makes us invisible, apathy silences our voices, and oppression isolates us from one another. This Pride Month, we proclaim the good news that God sees us, in the fullness of who we are! God hears us, our hopes and our fears! Together in the community of Christ, we are not alone! Thanks be to God!

Pride Month at St. Luke’s | All year round St. Luke’s highlights and celebrates the many and diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions with which God has blessed the human family. Our commitment to LGBTQIA+ liberation is grounded in our faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ given to all people. In Pride Month, we feature LGBTQIA+ people in our prayers, testimonies, and preaching, giving thanks to God for the gift of queer and trans lives and voices.
